I used to feel my eyes getting tired whenever I spent long hours looking at my computer or phone screen. But ever since I started taking this product, I barely notice that tired feeling anymore. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who spends a lot of time in front of screens. There's really nothing to complain about. The capsules are really tiny, which is perfect if you have trouble swallowing large pills or if you're already taking lots of supplements and don't want to feel too full. I haven't found any downsides so far. I really love how small and easy these lutein capsules are to take. My eye strain has noticeably improved! This eye complex vitamin is fantastic! Since I have weak eyesight, I make sure to get my berries and lutein regularly, and the ingredient profile looks solid. When I take it consistently, I really notice the difference! The price is pretty steep, which is a real bummer. Vitamins in general are expensive, and this one is no exception. I really appreciate that this contains all three powerful antioxidants - lutein, zeaxanthin, and astaxanthin. Plus, the capsules go down smoothly when I take them. Each one comes individually packaged, making it super convenient to carry around, and it stays protected from humidity. The tablets are small and easy to take, which I really appreciate. I haven't found any downsides yet. There's really nothing negative to mention.
