I'm currently preparing for pregnancy, and after researching folic acid information, I discovered that taking a B-complex vitamin is actually more beneficial than folic acid alone. If you're a man planning to support pregnancy preparation, I'd definitely recommend this too—men benefit from folic acid supplementation during this time as well. Plus, I've noticed that taking one capsule daily gives me an energy boost, so I really recommend it! Nothing to add. Kohlrausch is the best. The 20-character limit feels too restrictive. I'm finding that Kohlrausch feels even more trustworthy. I really love Megadose Vitamin B Complex because it's more affordable than other brands while still offering a high potency formula. I've been taking B vitamins for a while now after a pharmacist recommended them for my hand eczema. I switched to another brand because of the smell, but I'm currently trying this product. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for great value for your money. I don't really have any complaints. It worked out just fine for me. The size is just right, and I take it regularly to help manage my fatigue. I received this as a gift and have been using it, but I haven't discovered any standout benefits yet. That said, it doesn't irritate my stomach, so it seems pretty decent so far. It's inconvenient to carry around in portions since I have to cut it with scissors. I wish the packaging was more practical and easier to handle.

The price point is really affordable, and I love that each one comes individually wrapped so it's super convenient to take with you wherever you go. The tablets are on the larger side, and there's a slight medicinal scent that might not be everyone's cup of tea.
