The granules are small and easy to swallow. Compared to other vitamin C supplements, Koryo Eundan's version isn't drastically different - it really comes down to size. I take vitamin C regularly because I notice my body feels better when I do, and I've made it a habit. The price point is reasonable, and since it's such a popular product, I stick with Koryo Eundan vitamin C. I'm especially careful about taking it during winter months. Koryo Eundan vitamin C is the most well-known brand, so my family and I always take this product together. For a vitamin C product, the bottle size is surprisingly compact and doesn't feel heavy around the neck. The formula doesn't have that sharp, acidic taste you'd typically expect. Even with consistent use, I haven't noticed much improvement in my immune defense. I still catch colds despite taking it regularly.

Honestly, I didn't think much about ingredient sourcing before. But lately I've been thinking - I really prefer Korean-sourced ingredients over Chinese ones. British sourcing seems better too, if I'm being honest. That's just my personal opinion though. Goryeo Ginseng products do cost a bit more, but I've decided to stick with them because of the quality. I'm committed to buying only Goryeo Ginseng products now. There's nothing missing - it's like getting two benefits in one. The vitamin C and D combination is fantastic and makes it even better. The compact size makes it so convenient to take, and since it contains vitamin D, you get the benefits of two supplements in one. The dosage is on the lower side and it causes stomach upset.
