This is honestly the best lip balm I've ever used - I'm genuinely shocked. The creamy texture is incredible. Most lip balms dry out quickly no matter how often you reapply, but this one stays moisturized with a continuous hydrating layer that never disappears. It's quite pricey. I received it as a gift and tried the mint version, but it does have a slight cooling sensation when you apply it, which feels a bit unnecessary. This is my absolute go-to product that I keep repurchasing! The hydration is incredible, and the mint gives such a refreshing cooling sensation that I genuinely love. Everything in the Fresh line is fantastic, but the mask and lip products are truly irreplaceable for me. I really recommend this for anyone with dry lips! This lip balm has an appealing refreshing mint scent that feels luxurious. The more I use it, the more the flakiness on my lips (except around the corners of my mouth) seems to smooth out and disappear. Plus, I love that it doesn't flake off or peel like some products do. I haven't experienced any irritation or sensitivity issues while using it. I only tried the sample version, so I'm not sure if the full-size product is different, but the soft formula is a bit tricky to work with during application. I apply it before bed, and when I wake up the next morning, my lips are still incredibly soft and hydrated. What amazes me most is how the moisture seems to penetrate deep into my lips themselves. If you're someone who constantly picks at dry, flaky lips and wake up frustrated to find even more flaking the next day, you absolutely need to try this. The twist-open design is brilliant too! No matter how much my bag gets jostled around, dust never gets inside. The container is incredibly sturdy and well-made. There's really only one downside: the price is quite steep. After showering, gently exfoliate any flaky skin on your lips with a damp towel, then apply this balm generously before bed. In the morning, apply it right after washing your face. After lunch and brushing your teeth, apply it again throughout the day for best results.
