It applies smoothly and generously, which is perfect before doing a mask treatment. I love how well it absorbs when you apply a generous amount. It's a shame that it's just okay... I mean, it doesn't cause any irritation and it's good for calming, so maybe that's why it feels so unremarkable.

I wasn't impressed at first, but when I used it on troubled skin, I was pleasantly surprised. It's gentle, hydrates beautifully, and the soothing effect is really wonderful. I'm using this product consistently and I'm very happy with it. I'm already planning to buy another one.

The bottle looks beautiful and the product applies smoothly. It works great for about a day. I also really appreciate that this is from a social enterprise. After applying it, my skin completely broke out two days later. I ended up having to see a dermatologist and get a prescription. I know it varies from person to person, but since the product worked well for me before, I didn't suspect it at all. I'm really disappointed. I couldn't tolerate the cleansing oil and milk, which made my skin barrier worse. I was trying to strengthen my skin barrier after it recovered, but instead it collapsed. My skin just barely recovered, and now I'm facing a difficult journey all over again. The marketing says "don't fall for gentle product claims anymore," but I completely fell for it. This is a gel-type formula that I've been using daily lately. It applies beautifully and feels incredibly hydrating. The texture is lightweight and flows like water, yet it's packed with moisture. I applied it several times in the evening and it never felt heavy. Even when I used it before my morning makeup routine, it didn't pill or cause any issues. I don't have any complaints.
