I expected minimal coverage, but it actually does a great job evening out redness and discoloration. When I use it with a concealer, the coverage is totally sufficient! The only thing is that it does tend to emphasize texture a bit, so I'd recommend using a powder on top. When I first started using this, my skin texture was pretty rough, and even though my skin is normally in good condition, the way it highlighted those textured areas was shocking. I found that applying it with a foundation brush in thin layers instead of just using the built-in puff made a huge difference—way less texture showing through and the finish looks so much more natural! The coverage isn't the strongest, and it doesn't darken much, but honestly, the best part is how beautifully it breaks down and fades throughout the day! I wish the coverage was better, but I have to say the payoff is that it lets your skin show through so naturally and beautifully, which I really appreciate

It has a sheer finish with a subtle luminous glow. The shine does fade over time, but I love how beautiful the compact case looks. I barely get a pimple or two all year, but after using this for just two days, I suddenly broke out with painful bumps and clogged pores that turned white and looked like small acne all over my face. The sides of my nose were hit the hardest, and I got scattered breakouts around my brow area. I've tried many products before, but this reaction was completely new to me and honestly shocked me. Without powder, the staying power is basically zero. During my two days of use, I had to touch up with the cushion in the morning and again at lunch. There's some patchy application, so you really need to blend it carefully. Since it wipes away with just a touch, setting it with powder is definitely the way to go. While it's not overly oily, if you have combination skin with excess sebum or visible pores, you might want to skip the powder altogether. The coverage is medium to medium-full, which is perfect. I absolutely love using this during winter—the shade is gorgeous, and honestly, the compact itself is so pretty that I find myself carrying it around just because. It holds up surprisingly well against sweat and moisture, so I don't have to worry about it breaking down throughout the day. I usually wear shade 22, but shade 21 works beautifully on me too. There's a slight tendency for it to look a bit patchy, so I find it helpful to lightly dust some powder on top to even everything out. Apply powder with a brush for best results.
