Skin Type: Shade 19/Deep Undertone Light/Combination (Oily T-zone & Very Dry U-zone) Color This is a grapefruit-inspired coral-to-red shade. After testing it, the color kept catching my eye, so I just had to buy it. The color is absolutely stunning... When I apply just one swipe, it only gives about 70% coverage for me to wear alone—it applies more like a sheer tinted lip balm. Layering it multiple times doesn't build the color the way I'd like, and it gets quite sticky, so I wouldn't recommend that approach. There's no staining either. But since I didn't buy this to wear solo, that's not a drawback for me. Shine The shine is incredible. Honestly, I'd say the shine alone was worth the purchase. With tints, when I'd reapply gloss to refresh the shine, the color would deepen and get darker, which I didn't love. So I used to apply lip balm frequently instead, but I'd notice flaking and the shine wasn't as pretty as a true tint or gloss formula. That's why I grabbed this—to layer over my tints for that extra luminosity. It fills in all those fine lip lines and gives you that plump, glossy look. I've been having so much fun testing it with every tint I own. Moisture No matter how hydrating a lip product is, I usually get flaking by late afternoon. But this gloss completely smooths that away. It's not overly sticky or heavy—it feels like you've sealed in a moisture barrier. Even though I had visible texture before, after applying it, it's completely gone. It's honestly amazing! If you struggle with dry lips like me, this is a must-try! Wear Time As long as I'm not eating, the shine and moisture last a solid 5 hours. I sipped americano through a straw all evening and barely noticed any transfer except for minimal smudging. Since it's a gloss, I knew stickiness would come with the territory, so I don't see any real downsides. Honestly, it's not even that sticky. I'm actually regretting I didn't discover this sooner! I have chapped lips, so I really dislike products that stain, and I'm completely satisfied with this one! Plus, my chapped lips aren't flaring up anymore. I'm not sure why, but overall it's great! That said, it does feel quite sticky. The staying power isn't great either. But since I don't look in the mirror much, what matters to me is how it looks when I'm applying it, so I'm happy. If you really care about staying power and color payoff, I'd skip this one! Attention everyone with chapped lips—gather around!

The shade is so sheer that even the cherry 70% comes out more pink than I expected, which was a letdown. The sorbet shade has deeper undertones, so that one works better for me. Since I have a light deep undertone, I use MAC Mangrove which matches my skin tone perfectly, and then layer the sorbet on top. If you're looking for a glossy lip gloss formula, I absolutely recommend this one! The color is absolutely gorgeous. The color payoff is absolutely incredible! I tested it at the beauty counter and couldn't help but gasp out loud - it's exactly the shade I've been dreaming of! And the packaging is so adorable! Since it's a glossy lip product, there's definitely some stickiness to it. I find myself reaching for it less during the summer months. Plus, I feel like it works better as a layering product rather than worn on its own. Perfect for deep undertones! I've tried so many glosses, but this one has the most beautiful shine and it actually lasts. The color stays put too, which is amazing! The 70% shade looks gorgeous on its own without needing anything else. The staying power is just okay, I guess.
