The mask sheet size is just right. The serum amount is generous, which means it doesn't dry out too quickly. When my skin is really irritated and sensitive, using this really helps calm things down and reduces that uncomfortable itchy feeling. There's not really anything to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, the sheet can be a bit tricky to unfold at first since it's so thin. Though honestly, that thinness is actually a plus because it feels so delicate on the skin. My skin is extremely sensitive and dehydrated, with excess oil production, lots of blackheads and whiteheads, easily gets flushed, and breaks out on my chin whenever a product doesn't agree with me. When I've used products with these ingredients multiple times, they don't work for my skin: glyceryl acrylate, epigallocatechin gallate, C13-16 isoparaffin, C12-14 isoparaffin, caprylyl methicone, dimethicone, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, acrylate, limonene, linalool, hydrogenated polydecene. Ingredients that work well for me include houttuynia cordata, tea tree, plant extracts, and hyaluronic acid. I haven't noticed cica doing much for calming my skin. I'm currently testing these ingredients that might not work for me: PEG-10 and 20, decyl glucoside, sodium cocoyl isethionate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, alcohols, limonene, linalool, and citric acid. This affordable sheet mask is convenient when I don't feel like doing a full toner routine. Since tea tree works so well for my skin, I use this regularly for calming purposes. Other tea tree products can feel heavy sometimes, but this one feels consistent on my skin even when my complexion is uneven, which I really appreciate. No downsides. I can't believe I found a face mask at this price point during these expensive times. Definitely worth it.

The sheet feels a bit rough compared to how thin it is, but I don't mind. When I apply the mask and let it absorb, I can definitely feel the cooling sensation on my skin. The essence is packed with product, but it's quite watery, so it doesn't provide enough hydration on its own. If you have sensitive skin, the sheet material might feel irritating. For this price point, I'm really satisfied with what I'm getting. The essence has a lightweight, watery toner-type formula that works wonderfully for a quick hydration boost. There are no harsh or irritating ingredients, and I've used it even during breakouts without any sensitivity issues. I do notice it lacks a bit of richness, so during the coldest months I need to layer a separate cream on top. I really loved how gentle this product is and the affordable price point. It was perfect for cooling down my skin during the summer heat, and it's such a mild formula that it didn't trigger any breakouts for me. I was expecting stronger acne-fighting results since it's a tea tree product, but honestly it didn't deliver on that front. That said, I'm still happy with it because at least it didn't cause any new blemishes to pop up.
