This cleanser does an amazing job of removing impurities and leaves my skin feeling so hydrated. I'm really impressed with how gentle it is on my skin too. I tried it by chance and loved it so much that I bought it right away! I haven't noticed any downsides yet. I think I'll need to use it consistently to see if any issues come up. I have sensitive skin and this is the best product - gentle, no irritation, and amazing value for money! Please, I'm begging you, never discontinue this. I'll be using it for life! Nothing really! I've used every last bit of this product and here's my honest review! There are so many cleansing masks on the market these days, but I really didn't want to deal with a jar formula. This tube format is so convenient and I love it. The texture is wonderfully bouncy and stretchy, and it doesn't irritate my skin at all, which makes it a pleasure to use. I don't really have any major complaints. This pack formula works wonderfully for dry and combination skin types. It cleanses effectively while keeping skin hydrated, and even when used as a mask, it leaves skin feeling plump and dewy. Among all the pack formulas I've tried, this one has the most subtle scent—it's practically fragrance-free. I usually can't stand herbal scents and wasn't a fan of the popular mugwort pack formula, but this one really impressed me. No downsides at all. The rich, sticky foam cleanses thoroughly without irritating my skin, which I absolutely love! • As a pH 6 slightly acidic formula, it maintains my skin's natural protective barrier. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel overly tight or dry, which is fantastic. Even those with dry skin can use this as a daily cleanser without worry! That said, it still has excellent cleansing power, so I'd recommend it to people with oily skin too. • This product frequently appears in bundle deals on Hwahae and Clio's official stores. If you buy during those promotions, you can get it for an amazing price! I grabbed two bottles (150ml each) for just 8,000 won during Clio's family sale. • I use this as my morning cleanser and on days when I'm not wearing makeup. I haven't found anything better for my routine yet! There really aren't any downsides... I see people mention weak cleansing power as a con, but honestly, heavy makeup can't be removed with just one cleansing balm. Mascara, layered setting spray, and foundation especially need a dedicated first-step cleanser to remove properly. For lighter makeup like tinted moisturizer, pairing this with a lip and eye remover or cleansing water works perfectly! I also use this as a wash-off mask on days when I've already done exfoliation and don't want to use another exfoliating product. I apply it all over my face, wait 1-2 minutes, then gently massage with lukewarm water while cleansing - it feels like the dead skin cells are rolling away, so I use this method often! Since it's a pack-to-foam product, I love that I can do both a mask treatment and cleanse in one step!
