The color is beautiful! It gives my lips such a natural look - perfect for when I'm going bare-faced without any lip color. It doesn't look harsh or overdone at all. I was hoping for something more moisturizing, but it turned out to be much more matte than I expected. The shade is also darker compared to other lip balms, and it feels more like applying a traditional lipstick. After falling for the 02 Clement shade, I just had to grab the 01 Murmuring color too! Here's the thing—I'm usually a matte lip person, but winter has my lips feeling parched, and that really emphasizes fine lines. So I decided to try a tinted lip balm instead, picked up the 02, and loved it so much I brought home the 01 as well. It's not quite as hydrating as a regular lip balm, but the color payoff is seriously impressive. Even on a bare face, it adds this natural glow. It feels more like I'm wearing a natural lip balm rather than a full-on lipstick moment, if that makes sense? I really prefer that effortless vibe! The scent is subtle too, so it's not polarizing at all. Color-wise, it's more pink than the 02 (I'm not great with color names), so it has that deeper pink feel. The 02 has coral tones, but the 01 leans more toward a deep mauve or rich pink. Plus, I usually get lip irritation from certain products, but this balm doesn't cause any issues, which I'm really happy about. It's not as moisturizing as I'd hoped, which is a bit disappointing. That said, the color payoff is richer than other lip balms out there. The staying power is pretty short though. If you have a lot of dry patches on your lips, they'll show through more noticeably.
