I received this red ginseng as a gift and tried it. The color is a bit pale and it has a bitter taste. Honestly, I usually find that stronger products linger too long in my mouth, but this one's lighter texture doesn't have that problem. Since it's pure red ginseng with no added sweeteners, you really get that authentic bitter flavor coming through. I love taking one packet whenever I'm feeling run down or need an energy boost. Red ginseng products are great overall—the only thing to note is that they do come with a higher price tag, but otherwise there's really nothing to complain about.

Honestly, it feels pretty comparable to Jungsungkang's red ginseng tonic - no major difference that I could tell? Now that I think about it, my whole family is really committed to red ginseng products, haha! It feels a bit watered down to me... I love that I can enjoy one at a time! It's so convenient to carry around with me wherever I go. Since it's red ginseng, the taste isn't really there for me, unfortunately. That said, it's not terrible overall.
