I usually max out at shades 17-19, so the tone always felt a bit off. But this one applies beautifully and evenly! Honestly, I'm not sure if I'd call it a true shade lift, but it definitely gives my complexion a polished, refined look. It feels like it's made for shades 15-17, and even when it comes out darker, it still gives me about one to one-and-a-half shades lighter than my natural undertone. When I prep my skin properly with a solid skincare routine and apply this, it has such a luminous finish that my skin looks absolutely radiant. There was a period when my complexion was genuinely glowing, and everyone around me kept asking what I was using! That said, even on days when my skin isn't cooperating, this cushion provides enough coverage to even things out. The coverage is really solid, and I haven't experienced any patchiness or streaking. Since I have dry skin, I'm not sure if that's why, or if it's because I use a setting spray, but I don't get any creasing or marks. I've worn it under a mask while working, and while there's some slight fading in that area, everything else stays put beautifully. Even when I touch up the areas where it's worn away or gotten a bit shiny, it blends in seamlessly and maintains that gorgeous glow. Honestly, this is my absolute favorite cushion. I don't think I'll be looking for another one anytime soon. There's really nothing major to complain about. If I had to nitpick, I wish the puff was sold separately. The puff has such great adhesion and conforms so perfectly to all the contours of your face that it's honestly the best puff I've ever used. It's so soft and bouncy, and I'd really love to be able to purchase it on its own. - wl*******Da khôĐược đề xuất03/09/2025 (UTC+0)
Dry and sensitive skin type Shades 17-19 Currently dealing with a challenging period of allergies, dermatitis, and breakouts Positives: Matches my natural skin tone perfectly Beautiful luminous finish Minimal breakdown throughout the day Great coverage Does leave some marks I heard that Hince cushions tend to run dark overall, so I picked up shade 15 Fair instead. But honestly, I wish I had gone with shade 17 instead. Others say there's no difference from my usual look, but to me it appears slightly pale and washed out. My recommendation is to stick with your true shade. Before makeup, I simplify my skincare routine compared to my evening regimen: Toner sheet - Serum 1 - Serum 2 That's all I apply. With this approach, foundation and cushion adhere beautifully to my skin. After this skincare routine and sunscreen, I apply the cushion. Here's where it gets tricky - when I first apply it, I think the adhesion is good, but then I see nail marks and indentations, making me question the wear. But then I come home, look in the mirror, and there's no darkening and the glow looks gorgeous. Honestly, what am I supposed to do with you? I don't prioritize heavy coverage, so I didn't expect much, but this actually provides quite impressive coverage. It conceals redness really well. When this first launched, I grabbed it with a coupon shortly after release - keychain, eye primer, two puffs, and refill included. Without that discount, I honestly wouldn't repurchase. That said, it really depends on your skin. For those it works for, this could be their holy grail! But the puff shape is totally my style. Regardless of lip or eye shape, you can apply it everywhere seamlessly. Absolutely love that. The indentation marks are very pronounced. Unfortunately, that's disappointing. When applying to the nose, even the slightest pressure from the edge of the puff leaves severe marks, so you have to immediately blend and smooth it out repeatedly. Control the amount of cushion on the puff or in your hand, distribute it evenly across the puff, and apply it in thin layers gradually. - 12********Da khôDa nhạy cảmKhô từ bên trongLỗ chân lông toMẩn đỏTế bào da chếtĐược đề xuất08/08/2025 (UTC+0)
Shade 13 / Winter Cool Tone / Very Dry Skin In the photos: Base > Sunscreen > Pink Cushion (Shade 15 Fair) > Hins Radiance Balm Remover > Hins Loralilac Tint I actually used the Hins cushion before (from their early days), but it was way too matte for my very dry skin, so I took a break from the brand. When this new cushion came out, it looked so gorgeous, and since I've been buying more Hins products lately, I decided to give their cushion another shot—and I'm honestly so happy I did! ✓ Shade Shade 15 isn't super bright on me, but the neutral tone works beautifully. I think it would suit fair-skinned people too. I used to mix Espoir Wedding Peach and Porcelain cushions, and while Shade 15 Fair is slightly darker than my usual mix, the difference really isn't that noticeable. ✓ Matte Finish For my very dry skin, it does read more matte than semi-matte, I'll admit. But since I knew going in that this wasn't a glow product and that it was semi-matte, just keep that in mind! ✓ Puff Oh my gosh, the puff! I'm definitely going to keep buying these. You're selling them separately, right? I have some sensitivity around my lips, so that area tends to look a bit red and my lip line isn't always perfect. But this curved puff grabs my lip line so precisely that applying around my lips is incredibly easy. It also blends beautifully around my nose—seriously, it's amazing! ✓ Radiance Can you see it? The luminosity is honestly... I didn't believe it at first and just bought it for the Hins brand name, but wow, it's real! It's shocking that a matte product (not even a glow formula) can give this much radiance to dry skin. I'm genuinely amazed. Of course, I'm not sure how it'll hold up over time, but right after application, I'm absolutely thrilled! ✓ Coverage As I'm getting older, there's more I need to cover—blemishes and redness keep popping up, especially since my skin has become more sensitive. I was worried about dryness (and glow products rarely have serious coverage anyway), so I was looking for something with matte finish, radiance, and coverage all in one. This delivers on all fronts! Though I think it's working extra well for me right now because it's summer. I wish there was a brighter shade option. I knew it wasn't a glow formula going in, so I'm accepting the dryness that comes with it. Still, for the level of coverage, it does a nice job keeping things hydrated. But I'm honestly nervous about trying this in winter. Please release a more hydrating luminous glow version for winter! If you have very dry skin and want to try this, I'd recommend building a solid base routine and taking your time with it!
