I'd recommend this shade if you have cool undertones. Hince products are really great! The lipstick can be a bit drying, so you'll want to exfoliate your lips first to avoid flakiness.

However, if you have dry or flaky lips, the formula can emphasize texture and look patchy. My lips feel great in the morning, but they get really dry right after lunch, and I even experience some bleeding. I'd only recommend this if your lips are in good condition, and you really need to commit to a solid lip care routine beforehand.

Even though it's a warm tone, it works beautifully on me. The color payoff is rich and intense - this lipstick delivers exactly what you want. Plus, the formula is really gentle on lips. Honestly, there's nothing really wrong with it, which makes it hard to find things to complain about. This shade is perfect for cool undertones and I reach for it constantly as a base lip color. It has a soft, powdery texture and isn't overly moisturizing, which I actually love. Exfoliation is really important before using this - you need to prep your lips well or it can look patchy. This matte lip is absolutely perfect! The color is gorgeous and applies so beautifully. I have a deep undertone and I'm bright, though I do lean slightly toward cool tones in summer. Both the staying power and application are excellent, and I really appreciated that the fragrance didn't make me hesitant to use it. I'm warm-toned, but the palette does lean slightly cool and has neutral undertones, so it wasn't bad. My only wish is that it had more of an autumn and winter feel. I think some shades would actually work better if they came in smaller, more reasonably priced sizes instead of always making them bigger and charging more. I can't quite remember how long I've been using this product. Since I don't typically reach for lip products, I ended up gravitating toward the tint instead. Since Hince isn't sold everywhere, I picked up a mini set and tried everything in it. The formula feels incredibly moisturizing. It looks matte on the surface, but it's actually so hydrating with amazing spreadability, excellent staying power, and such a smooth texture. Honestly, there's nothing disappointing about it. There's really nothing to complain about. Since I'm right in between warm and cool undertones, the shades work beautifully with my complexion. This is my absolute go-to product that I keep using consistently. Among matte lipsticks, it's the only one with such clean, quality ingredients, and the color is beautifully unique—not something you see everywhere. There's really nothing to complain about. The only thing I'd mention is that it can feel a bit dry, but then again, it's a matte lipstick, so that comes with the territory.
