I absolutely love the luminous finish! It has such a gorgeous glossy shine that really catches the light. The color is beautifully warm-toned too. Unfortunately, this product is way too oily. When I tap the cushion applicator, the coverage flakes off. Even when I gently blend it with my fingers, it keeps fading away in patches. The staying power is really weak, which is disappointing. I'd recommend applying it sparingly and blending just a little bit at a time. I have deep undertones with a bit of redness, so the wrong shade can make me look washed out. But this color is subtle, hydrating, and feels so effortless! It can layer over existing makeup. The staying power isn't the strongest. If you dislike shine, this might not be for you (though I personally love the glow, so I'm a fan!) It applies with true transparency and has such a beautiful shine that it makes my skin look naturally radiant and healthy, just like someone with naturally flawless skin. It's so beautiful and convenient that I honestly can't find anything to complain about. Texture: Unlike other nighttime products with an oily or honey-like shine, this delivers a water-like luminosity. It applies incredibly sheer and lightweight, but don't let that fool you—the glow is definitely there and beautifully radiant. Application: You can wear it bare-faced without any harsh lines showing through, and it looks naturally blended. I even use it on my lips, and it looks great even without any base makeup. Hydration: Just so you know, this formula isn't particularly moisturizing. Texture note: Because of how sheer this formula is, the base can show through a bit, so you'll want to apply it carefully. It does sheer out less than some of the thicker, stickier products out there, though. Color payoff: The shade isn't super intense on its own. This product is surprisingly moisturizing - so hydrating that you can easily use it as a lip balm alternative. While it works beautifully on its own, it truly shines when layered with other products. You'll get so much more impact that way. Plus, it's incredibly versatile - use it as a blush, lip tint, or however your creativity takes you. Since it's a luminous formula, it does pick up a bit of dust when applied as a blush - that's just the nature of shimmery products. The color payoff is absolutely beautiful with a watercolor-like finish, and the shade itself is just stunning. First off, the container itself looks like cheap plastic and doesn't feel like it matches the retail price at all. The formula also has really poor staying power - it barely lasts 30 minutes - and the color intensity is so sheer that you'd need to layer it at least three or four times just to see any color show up. Honestly, the photos I posted required four layers! If you're looking for this product alone to give you that dewy, luminous blush effect, I can't really recommend it. You'd get much better results using a cream blush or a different blush formula as your base, then layering a clear gloss from the same brand on top. Just rubbing it directly on your face won't give you good color payoff and can mess up your base makeup. The best application method is to blend it well in your hand first, then apply it with a sponge or your fingertips for the most beautiful finish.

The color payoff is quite subtle, so I wasn't sure if it would show up on my face at all, but once I applied it to my cheekbones, jawline, and bridge of my nose, it gave me the most beautiful rosy flush! The radiance makes my skin look absolutely flawless, and I'm really happy with it. After a while, the areas where I applied this highlighter balm get weird texture issues with fine hairs clumping together. The balm feels like it's just sitting on top of my skin rather than blending in smoothly, so I have to manually blend it out with my fingers. It's such a shame because otherwise it's a great product. If you dab the product onto your fingertip first and then gently press it onto your face, it adheres beautifully and blends seamlessly. This blush is absolutely perfect for the trendy luminous makeup look everyone's obsessed with right now. The glow is just stunning! If you apply it directly onto your base and rub it in, your foundation can get patchy and uneven. Since it melts with the warmth of your hands, I'd recommend warming it up between your fingers before applying it.
