As the weather got drier and we moved through the seasonal changes, my eyes felt so uncomfortable and irritated that I decided to give this a try. I haven't discovered any major benefits yet, but I also haven't found any significant drawbacks. The capsule size is compact and easy to swallow quickly. Since larger pills can be difficult to take, I really appreciate how manageable this smaller size is for daily use. I was worried about taking multiple supplements, but Ankook Lutein Mini is so small that it feels much less burdensome. It's actually smaller than my fingernail. I can definitely notice a difference when I take lutein compared to when I don't. The price is really reasonable too, so I'm planning to keep using it. I haven't noticed any downsides yet. If I find anything disappointing as time goes on, I'll come back and share my thoughts.

I bought this for my eye health and I really appreciate how small the pills are - they're so easy to swallow! While I do like that the pills are small, the downside is that if you drop one, good luck finding it again.

Taking this on an empty stomach might cause some stomach discomfort. We recommend taking it after a meal instead

Honestly, the best thing for eye health is to stay away from screens and computers, but on days when I use them a lot, my eyes feel dry and tired. My mom takes it with me, but she says she hasn't really noticed much of a difference.
