I'm consistently taking Ankook Health Eye Nutrition supplements across their different formulations. I really appreciate that they use plant-based capsules, which gives me peace of mind, and they don't cause any stomach upset. Unfortunately, this product has been discontinued, so I wasn't able to maintain a regular routine with it. I'm disappointed that it's been discontinued. Lutein from Ankook Health seems to be the most well-known brand. Honestly, I haven't noticed dramatic results, but I keep taking it consistently because I care about maintaining my eye health. I take this regularly to support my eye health, and honestly, it's become part of my routine. While I wouldn't say it's a miracle worker, I notice I feel like something's missing when I skip it, so I keep taking it consistently. If you're a smoker, make sure to do your research first because apparently lutein supplements aren't recommended for smokers. It's really important to check this out before you start taking it.

There's nothing really disappointing about it, but since the results aren't immediately visible, I'll need to take it consistently to see the benefits.
