Both the cleansing power and the formula were excellent. If you don't have sensitive skin, this is definitely a product worth trying. My blackheads and blemishes have completely disappeared! I'm using it consistently and my skin feels so clean without any breakouts. Honestly, I don't have any complaints at all. Great value for the price! It removes makeup gently without any irritation. The formula feels like water as it effortlessly washes away makeup, leaving your skin feeling fresh and clean, just like after a proper cleanse. I honestly can't think of any downsides! The scent is barely noticeable, which I really appreciate! It makes it so pleasant to use and wipes away cleanly without any hassle. It does sting a bit if it gets in your eyes, but honestly, I think most cleansing waters are like that anyway!

Using cleansing oil wasn't an option either because it left my skin feeling hot and irritated. After wrestling with this problem, I decided to take a chance on this product and give it a try. I grabbed one of the Sirocotto double-layer makeup remover pads, dampened it lightly with the cleansing water, and started removing my eye makeup. And wow, this was absolutely life-changing. Is this really how cleansing water is supposed to work? So gentle, so effective? It removes my lip makeup and even my base makeup without any greasy residue. It feels like the pad is absorbing all my makeup effortlessly. I'm officially switching to Illuminel Cleansing Water for good. If I had to pick one real downside, it's that the dispenser makes it hard to control how much product comes out. Since it's a water-based formula, I'm never quite sure how much to saturate the pad to get that perfect balance, not too dry and not too wet. Would love tips from anyone who's figured this out! After using it for several months, I've noticed that on days when I wear cushion foundation, this alone doesn't remove my base makeup completely, so I end up doing a double cleanse. I've started reserving it just for lighter makeup days when I've only applied sunscreen. Why didn't I discover this sooner? This product actually makes the impossible possible, removing lip and eye makeup while being incredibly gentle on skin.
