After about two days of use, it's almost completely flattened out (results may vary by individual). The effectiveness is really impressive every time I use it, so whenever a pimple pops up, I make sure to apply it right before bed. I think this product is especially great for people like me who struggle with extracting blemishes manually. 1. When you apply it to areas of your face where you move muscles frequently or where there are creases, it tends to peel off easily. Compared to other patches, this one doesn't stick as firmly, so it falls off a few times and honestly, it's a bit bothersome once it's on. 2. I rarely end up using the oval-shaped patches. In my experience, I don't often get breakouts that are widespread enough to need them, and even when I do, they're awkward to apply. I wish they offered a product with only the round patches instead. 3. The price is steep. Based on online shopping sites, one pack costs close to 9,000 won. While the patches definitely work, the price is more expensive compared to other patch options, so it might feel like a lot to spend. There are definitely a few drawbacks, but the results are solid. Extracting blemishes manually is more economical, but honestly, I find the aftercare process too tedious, so I rarely do it. Normally, I think the best approach is to leave them alone and not touch them. But this time, I got to try this product through a special group purchase, and I decided to give it a go. Following the instructions, when I applied it by pressing the center part firmly onto the blemish, I could feel a slight texture as it adhered—that was the part containing microneedles. After removing any moisture and leftover skincare products, it stuck well, but since my mouth area moves a lot, it fell off pretty quickly, which was a bit disappointing. When I took it off, I could see that the breakout had calmed down in a healing formation, without leaving any scars. I think I'll be able to use this regularly for all those hormone-related breakouts! The adhesion wasn't as strong on areas with a lot of movement, like around the mouth. I've only tried the smaller size, so I'm curious if the larger one would stay on better. I should definitely try the bigger size on my chin!

Irritation: Definitely present I was worried it might hurt since it contains salicylic acid, but it wasn't painful at all—just a slight tingling sensation. Since I was concerned about potential irritation, I applied an exfoliating toner first before using the patch. After wearing it for about 8 hours overnight, the blemish that was starting to emerge actually flattened out and the redness spread and calmed down! Calming effect: Absolutely excellent While the blemish wasn't at the point of rupturing, I could see rapid soothing results, and after removing the patch, there was no lingering stinging or discomfort whatsoever! I also really appreciated that the patches come in various sizes. The only thing I wish is that there were more patches in different sizes, but honestly, there's nothing really disappointing about this product.
