Lucky me! I have combination skin that's dry and acne-prone, and I'm a teenager. I was basically a cleansing nomad, trying everything under the sun. I went through product after product after product, and nothing seemed to work. The only thing that gave me that satisfying oil-control feeling was one particular cleanser, but even that wasn't quite right. Then a friend recommended this one, and I finally made the switch! The first day I used it was absolutely incredible—seriously, it felt so amazing I can barely put it into words. Anyway, it's that good. I think I've finally found my holy grail cleanser! The only downside is that it's quite watery, so I need to pump it at least three times to get enough product. I've noticed that using a bit more product and really massaging it in makes a noticeable difference in how well it works! Cleansing power: Excellent at breaking down makeup and impurities. Texture: Feels heavier and more oil-rich compared to my usual cleanser. Normally I use Aesop Artemisia Cleansing Oil. Feel on skin: Slight eye irritation plus a distinctive scent. Skin reaction: Small bumps and breakouts. When I use makeup or waterproof products, I've found that using oil and foam cleanser together works really well. My skin doesn't feel irritated, and I'm happy with the results. I can use this every single day without any irritation or breakouts appearing. It also removes makeup beautifully and effectively. The pump requires more pressure than expected to dispense the product, and it sometimes releases too much at once, making it tricky to control the amount.
