It's perfect to apply right after cleansing! It comes as a set with organic cotton pads, and when I generously apply it to the pad and wipe my face, my skin texture really improves. Then when I layer on a rich cream toner generously afterward, my skin becomes incredibly hydrated. I love that it absorbs so well even with multiple layers of application. The moisture really lasts, which is amazing. Layering it multiple times seems to make it even better. I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through! I've refilled this product multiple times and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The price jumped up so much at some point... The hydration is seriously amazing... and it absorbs so well that if you're not careful and keep applying more and more, it can get a bit heavy... it really sinks into your skin beautifully and your complexion becomes incredibly smooth and soft, honestly like milk. I'd really recommend this during winter, seasonal transitions, or when your skin is feeling dry. If you layer it a few times before doing your makeup, your makeup won't budge at all and it works absolutely wonderfully. I've been using this for about two months now! I haven't experienced any breakouts or irritation, and it leaves my skin feeling beautifully hydrated. Even when I apply it multiple times, it doesn't feel greasy or sticky—the absorption is really impressive. I don't really have any major complaints! This toner has a beautiful milky tone that I absolutely love. It's not just hydrating—it actually nourishes my skin too, which is such a nice bonus. Even though it's called a cream toner, it doesn't deliver the moisture I was hoping for. Since it's still technically a toner, the hydration feels a bit underwhelming.
