That said, compared to other luxury skincare brands I use, it's not completely unreasonable. My only real complaint is that the amount you get doesn't quite match the price tag - I wish there was more product for what you're paying. Since I have sensitive skin, I can usually tell right away when a product doesn't work for me, but this one has such a noticeable calming effect that it's been a perfect match for my skin. It's definitely worth grabbing during a sale. The scent is a bit herbal and divisive depending on your preferences, but personally I'm totally fine with it. I thought my dry skin would feel tight and uncomfortable, but compared to other moisturizing creams, this one felt so hydrating and silky smooth. I really loved how soft it made my skin feel. One application wasn't quite enough for my dry skin, so I had to layer it on. This feels like a specialized product designed for very dry skin. You really should test this out first before committing to a full purchase. I've been using this combined with needle shots lately, and I'm so satisfied that I had to leave a review. My skin is naturally dry, and with winter making it even drier, just applying this with an ampoule makes that parched feeling completely disappear. It does have a rich, nourishing feel, but it's not that heavy, suffocating kind of oiliness. Instead, it feels like my skin is naturally getting the hydration it needs from within. Even though I have dry skin, when I use rich products in fall and winter, I sometimes get allergies or breakouts, but I didn't experience any of that. When I apply a generous amount during my evening skincare routine and wake up the next morning, my skin feels so smooth and refined. I absolutely love it. The scent isn't really my thing. The ultra-fine particles, which are 400 times smaller than pores, penetrate deeply into the skin and seem to lock in hydration for extended periods. I usually prefer products that come in a pump or squeeze tube for hygiene reasons, so I was a bit concerned about the jar packaging and potential contamination. When I apply a generous amount before bed and fall asleep, my skin stays dewy and hydrated all through the next day. I also decanted some into a smaller container to carry with me and reapply to dry areas throughout the day whenever needed.
