I've used up an entire stick, and throughout the whole process, the stick itself never became hard or dried out—it stayed smooth and hydrating the entire time. What I loved most is that it didn't irritate my skin at all, and it had just the right balance of moisture and nourishment. I applied it generously whenever my skin felt dry, and lately I've been using it once after my skin dries from sweating. This is more of a personal luck issue than a product problem, but when I first received it and tried to check the amount by pulling it all the way out, I realized the stick wasn't secured properly—it just slipped right out. So whenever I opened it upside down, the stick would fall into the cap area. I've noticed that people with oilier skin tend to feel like it sits on top rather than absorbing. I really love how convenient this night stick is to apply - the stick format makes it so easy to use, and there's basically no product wasted on my hands! When I applied it right before doing my makeup, it didn't absorb quickly enough and caused a bit of pilling on my skin. I think it works great when you apply it to your cheeks and forehead whenever your skin feels dry!

Even though I have combination skin, it works great for me. The scent is lovely too! I really can't find any downsides—I'm happy with it.
