I'm finally done with my endless search for the perfect sunscreen. Among mineral options, I found a non-drying formula that's a great replacement for a discontinued Shiseido product I loved. The milk texture applies beautifully and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, which is exactly what I needed. It has a base function too, so I can wear it alone and still feel like my skin has that polished foundation look. The primer function is fantastic and really helps my makeup stay put throughout the day. My skin texture looks noticeably smoother and more refined. I'm completely satisfied with this find. The primer function does mean I need to be a bit more careful with my cleansing routine. But honestly, double cleansing is pretty standard with mineral sunscreens anyway, so it's not a big deal. I've noticed it might transfer slightly onto my mask, but since it's summer now and masks are optional, it's not really a concern. This product gives a gentle brightening effect and glides beautifully onto the skin. The compact case is absolutely gorgeous too! If you have oily skin, you might notice a bit of shine throughout the day. Otherwise, I honestly can't think of any other drawbacks.
