Coverage - Even with a light application, this foundation covers beautifully and evenly~ Adherence - It applies thinly and adheres smoothly to the skin without feeling heavy or suffocating~ Moisture - Whether you have dry or oily skin, this seems like a reliable product that works for everyone I wish the cushion refill was included in the set I'd love it if the packaging design were fresher and more appealing When I apply it thinly with a foundation brush and then tap it in with the cushion applicator, it provides excellent coverage without any patchy spots, and it sits beautifully on the skin without settling into fine lines

After recovering from a chemical burn, I used retinol without realizing it contained exfoliating ingredients, then applied a sheet mask and ended up stripping away all the dead skin again—rookie mistake! Foundation match: Amorepacific #24, LG Household & Health Care #23, MAC NC25, Yves Saint Laurent Natural Concerns: Large pores across the T-zone, dark spots under eyes, and some acne scars 1. Pore coverage is excellent and stays put all day When I apply a small amount and gently pat it in, even my enlarged pores look noticeably refined. It's basically a skincare-level product like the BB creams I've used before, but with pigment that actually stays in place without settling into pores or looking cakey throughout the day. The only area that showed some texture later was my cheeks, which currently have fine flaking due to my skin condition, but the pores remained flawless—I was genuinely impressed. 2. Natural color correction is outstanding It seems they created the Light Beige shade based on consumer demand. Compared to traditional BB creams that focus on one-shade correction, this Natural Beige really nails the natural look and I think more people would use it. It's like the coverage you'd get after a dermatology procedure before heading out. Right now my cheeks are red from retinol damage, but even with a pink undertone, this BB base has a subtle gray undertone that doesn't appear gray on the face—it actually corrects the tone beautifully. I've attached photos showing morning indoor fluorescent lighting on the left and afternoon natural sunlight on the right. Under fluorescent light it looks slightly washed out due to reflection, but in natural light it looks exactly like my own skin. Looking at the large dark spot under my eye and on my cheekbone, the discoloration is significantly toned down. The color correction is so clean and refined—I absolutely love it. 3. Hygienic packaging It's been a while since I've used a pressed powder format, and this is definitely more hygienic. The palette format makes it easy to blend and mix. The product information page mentions UV protection, so I checked the ingredients and saw titanium dioxide at the top. However, since there are color numbers listed, it appears to be a colorant rather than a functional ingredient. Zinc oxide is positioned further down, so I'm wondering if this is actually just a skin-soothing or bulking agent rather than a true sunscreen. Looking at the functional certification documents provided, I don't see UV protection certification. I suspect the brand originally intended to get certified, but either couldn't use enough of the active ingredient due to texture concerns, or while the product could provide sun protection, it wasn't officially certified so they can't claim it. I'd really appreciate if this could be clarified. Or maybe there's a reformulation planned? Because of this ambiguity, I'm deducting one star. It's too matte to use alone, but it blends beautifully with foundation—great for mixing. That said, it's definitely not an overly dewy product. The coverage, adhesion, and application are all flawless - I'm completely satisfied! I honestly don't think I've ever tried a BB cushion this good before. Plus, even though my skin is sensitive, it doesn't irritate at all and feels so comfortable on my skin!! I absolutely recommend LaraKlara Cover Balm - seriously, don't miss out on this one! After using it for quite a while, I honestly can't find any real drawbacks to point out. They just released a new shade and I'm obsessed! It doesn't have that typical ashy tone you usually get with BB products - it's seriously amazing!

I picked it up because a YouTuber recommended it, and I can't believe I didn't discover it sooner. The coverage is flawless, the pore-blurring effect is incredible, the wear time is amazing, and the adherence to skin is perfect—everything about it is just outstanding. The only downside is that it comes in just one shade, which is disappointing. The color has an ashy undertone to it. Definitely pair this with a matte powder foundation—it'll enhance the color and amplify all the benefits even more.
