Oil and blackheads don't disappear dramatically - Even after proper preparation and opening your pores, only a few impurities come out. I've heard that squeezing sebum isn't the best approach, so you need to dissolve it instead. That's why I chose this sebum softener! It came with a dedicated nose pack applicator pad, which made it really convenient to melt away the sebum. The scent is a bit underwhelming for me. Also, if you don't apply enough softener, the nose pack dries out quickly, so the product gets used up faster than expected.
