I rarely give anything a one-star rating, but this product is definitely an exception. I have sensitive skin, and when I applied it around my nose area and wiped my face, it felt stinging and uncomfortably warm. Even my gentler creams and serums started to irritate my skin after that. I developed redness and noticed bumpy texture appearing on my face, which was really disappointing. I honestly can't recommend this to anyone with delicate or reactive skin. I'm really sorry to say it, but this just isn't the one. I have to warn anyone with sensitive or compromised skin to skip this one. The complimentary toothbrush they include is honestly like a weapon. It's way too harsh and abrasive, and the product itself is equally irritating. I've finished one tube and I'm on my second one now. 1. It literally feels like applying foamy toothpaste. The cleansing action feels really effective and leaves my skin feeling incredibly fresh and invigorated. 2. I personally don't like that tight, squeaky-clean finish, but this one leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. I absolutely love it. 1. If it gets in your eyes, it's really uncomfortable. 2. The price is a bit steep for the amount you get. It's around 18,000 won on sale, and you have to buy the brush separately. 3. I've been using two tubes now, but I haven't seen major results on blackheads or pores. That said, because it feels so refreshing and invigorating, I've kept using it out of habit. Laundry Yoo is incredibly refreshing! The brush is absolutely amazing too. I use it all the time. There's really nothing to complain about. It makes a great gift as well. I'd definitely recommend it for summer.

I bought this for summer because I heard it has an amazing cooling effect and helps remove excess oil. The cooling sensation is truly fantastic, but I'm honestly not sure if it actually helps with oil control. True to its strong formula name, this product has a really intense feel on the skin. I only use it by creating a light lather in my hands and gently massaging it on my face, avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Since I can't use it near my eyes, I can't scrub vigorously, so I find myself being more cautious with application. Make sure to avoid the eye area when using this! I have oily skin, and it's not overly sensitive. I definitely noticed that right after using it, my skin felt refreshed and the excess oil seemed to disappear. This is really irritating. The facial cleanser doesn't feel refreshing so much as it feels harsh, like my skin might turn red and inflamed. The included brush is also stiff, and when I use them together, it actually strips away my delicate skin. If you have really resilient, tough skin, it might work for you, but I'm not sure. I'll only use this occasionally. If you have tough, resilient skin and enjoy that intense, stimulating feeling, then go ahead. But if you have sensitive skin, fair warning: right after using it, you might end up looking as red as a strawberry.
