Even without any makeup base, this product alone gives my skin such a fresh, radiant glow. This is honestly my favorite tint out there. I only use this one. The scent is lovely, the staying power is impressive, and the color payoff is fantastic. The color is absolutely perfect for cool undertones, and it smells wonderful. The pigmentation and color payoff are excellent. As someone with a deep cool undertone, this lip color is absolutely stunning! It's a rich, deep wine shade that really speaks to my complexion. I'm so satisfied with how it looks on me. The color payoff is absolutely amazing. I apply just one layer and then put a lighter lip shade on top, and my lip color stays put even after eating and drinking. It's so reliable! Not really anything major. I guess if I had to pick something, it's that way too much product comes out at once. I bought this because I wanted that deep winter vibe, and it totally delivered on that front! Though I have to say, it doesn't quite work with my skin tone, haha. But honestly, it's absolutely gorgeous! It has this lovely jelly-like texture and the color payoff is seriously impressive. With the jelly and liquid formulas, I noticed the color didn't apply as smoothly on my upper lip. Though to be fair, that might just be my application technique needing some work, haha.

It's a true red, and since it's a water tint, the color payoff is seriously impressive - honestly the strongest among all my tints. I'm really happy with how pigmented it is. Finally writing a review after having this for quite a while! I picked this up during an Olive Young sale because the price was unbeatable, and I wanted to try out this unique shade. I'm testing it out to help anyone thinking about buying it! 1. Vibrant color payoff with a unique tone. The pigment applies evenly! Honestly, if you apply it with a light hand and build it up gradually, it's not as intense as it first seems. The shade is gorgeous—it's like a beautiful cherry color with a hint of black ink mixed in. 2. The color lasts a long time. 3. Great price point, especially with how often they run promotions. 4. I think this would be absolutely stunning on cool undertones... but it seems like I might not have cool undertones myself! 1. Uneven color application—this is the biggest drawback! Since lips naturally move around and you end up licking them without realizing it, the color gets patchy over time. 2. Because the shade is so bold, there's a noticeable color difference between the inner and outer lip, which didn't work for me. 3. It starts out dewy but looks dry as time passes (?) though I don't actually feel like my lips are dry. The pigment doesn't settle evenly into the lip lines, I guess? It kind of emphasizes lip texture and gives off a dry appearance! 4. The pigment is intense and sets quickly, so you need some application skill. You might want to use a brush to apply it instead! If you layer this tint (blackberry) over a sheer glossy lip base or glossy lip balm, using minimal product on the applicator and building it up with careful strokes, you can create a gorgeous dewy dark lip look. Obviously, the more layers you add, the darker it becomes. The color payoff is fantastic and it lasts all day long. What I love most is that it's a water tint, so there's zero stickiness—just pure comfort. Being a water tint, it does tend to settle around the lip line and can transfer onto other areas, which is a bit frustrating.
