I've really noticed my jawline looks a bit more defined after using three of these. I'm loving it! The massage action while applying feels amazing and actually helps me unwind a little. I wish the results were a bit more dramatic, but I guess that's just me being greedy.

The opening is really well-designed for easy massaging, so I use it generously all the way down my neck. That said, I haven't seen the dramatic results that the ads promise. It works great as a massage tool, but it's not as transformative as the advertising suggests. It does help reduce puffiness, which is nice. Just make sure you cleanse thoroughly before using it, otherwise product buildup gets stuck in the opening and becomes difficult to remove. Also, fair warning: it can develop a yellowish discoloration over time. I definitely didn't expect that to happen. When you use it, don't be stingy with the product. Squeeze out a generous amount so your skin experiences less irritation and gets better coverage. Since it absorbs quickly, if you only use a little bit, you'll only get a few rolls before needing to apply more. Using more product upfront makes the whole process smoother.

Most puffiness-reducing products either need to be refrigerated or have that intense cooling sensation that feels uncomfortable and irritating, so I usually avoid them. What I love about this one is that it has no cooling effect, which makes it so much more pleasant to use. Since it's a massage cream, you really need to commit to using it consistently as part of your daily routine, which can be challenging.
