I decided to try this product after it got upgraded and renewed from the previous cica formula. I haven't used the old version, but this new one is really impressive. A lot of products actually get worse after reformulation, so I really hope this one stays exactly as it is now! 1. Calming troubled skin The left is an essence and the right is a cream. They work together perfectly. Using both products together seems to really help calm irritation and redness. While it can't completely prevent breakouts if the underlying cause isn't addressed, it definitely speeds up the healing process. I also love that it doesn't cause any milia or congestion. 2. Texture It's not sticky at all, but it's not too thin either. It has a nice amount of hydration, so you don't even need to layer it multiple times if you don't want to. 3. Oil and moisture balance It seems to be the perfect hydrating formula for both oily and dry skin types. It doesn't feel greasy at all. Instead, it gives you that dewy, luminous moisture. Your face looks so glossy and radiant, which is amazing. 1. Dropper bottle The dropper doesn't pull up smoothly at all. You have to press with all your might just to get a little product to come up. The formula itself is really good, but the dropper is way too weak. 1. I recommend using the cica cream from the same product line together 2. The application and absorption were absolutely fantastic! Since it's so gentle, I didn't experience any irritation or adverse reactions. I'm disappointed with how it performs.
