The product itself feels incredibly gentle on my skin. It creates a nice lather too. After cleansing, there's no tightness or dryness. The cleansing power is actually really solid. I honestly can't find anything to complain about. I chose this because it's a gentle, pH-balanced cleansing foam that won't irritate my skin. Since it contains centella and a patented ingredient that supposedly helps calm and exfoliate, I love that my daily cleanser now does so much more. It doesn't irritate, leaves my skin feeling hydrated, and I'm really satisfied with how my skin texture has improved with regular use. It's a bit tricky to work up a good lather, so I'd recommend using a foaming net to make it easier. What I Loved: This cleanser creates a rich, luxurious lather with just a small amount. I was really impressed that it's vegan-certified, which made me feel great about using it. What Could Be Better: Even though it's pH-balanced, I found it left my skin feeling a bit tight after cleansing, which was disappointing.
