I've been using this for a week since purchasing it. I originally bought it because other famous hair essences like Grow Ours are expensive and tend to look heavy and sticky on hair. It applies smoothly without feeling heavy, and it smells wonderful. You can use it right after towel-drying your hair. I didn't see dramatic results, to be honest. I have dry hair with a lot of frizz, and I was hoping this would help tame it, but the effects feel kind of hit or miss. Though I have to say, other essences I've tried gave me similar results too, so it might just be my hair type.

I've tried Mise-en-Scene's navy oil, Amore's No Wash, and other similar products, but most of them felt too heavy, made my hair look greasy and weighed down, or only provided an oily coating without really taming frizz and static. This one is different - it has a lightweight, fluid texture that isn't a spray, and it actually smooths down frizz without making my hair look clumpy or stiff. I'm really satisfied with how it performs, especially considering the reasonable amount you get. I don't use rinse-out conditioners because they cause back acne for me. I'm not a fan of spray formulas either since they make the floor slippery and get on my face, which makes me worried about breakouts. I'm happy with this product's pointed bottle design - it feels like a smart, no-frills approach. I don't need to rinse it, so my shower time is so much shorter now. The scent is amazing, and it really protects my hair. The fragrance seriously lasts forever - I didn't wash my hair for two days and the scent was still there! I have to dry my hair a lot with a towel, and that process is so annoying. If I don't dry it completely and apply serum, it gets all over the towel, so I end up having to blow dry it anyway. Other than the towel-drying part, I absolutely love this product. I definitely feel like my hair becomes calmer and more manageable, plus the scent is absolutely lovely If you use too much, it tends to look heavy and greasy, so you really need to be careful with the amount
