The scent is lovely and I can really feel my hair becoming softer and smoother. It's such a nice difference! I honestly can't think of any downsides! I've been using this product for almost four years now. My hair was really frizzy and unmanageable to begin with, and even with conditioner and treatment, it stayed that way most of the time. So after trying different products, this is the one I settled on. I only need a small amount to wash my hair, and it becomes incredibly soft. The product in the photo I've attached is now completely empty, and I'm saying goodbye to it today. I literally used every last drop by reaching my fingers into the bottle. There was one time I ran out of this treatment and used a different one for about a week, and honestly, it was a completely different experience. I don't think I can wash my hair with anything else now. The scent is lovely and my hair texture has improved so much that I'll definitely keep using this going forward. No downsides at all! It applies smoothly and rinses out just as smoothly. I apply about half a pump to my hair, leave it on for about three minutes, and then rinse it out.

The scent is amazing and lasts so long - my hair smells wonderful all day. When I use it together with Mise-en-Scene shampoo, the results are even better! The pump doesn't always press down all the way, which was a bit disappointing. I wish the bottle size were larger. After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water from your hair, then apply the product mainly to the ends - it makes your hair so much softer and more radiant. It does the job well enough. I didn't notice any particular improvement in my hair texture after using it, but it's serviceable. I didn't experience any issues with it. It smells absolutely amazing, just like you're at a professional salon. I love using it together with the serum shampoo from the same brand - they work beautifully together. My hair is so smooth and tangle-free after using it that I barely need to brush it when it's dry. The performance feels pretty much the same as a regular conditioner, nothing special. It's just average.
