However, it doesn't quite surpass my holy grail product, so I probably won't repurchase. The scent is absolutely amazing! My hair feels incredibly soft and silky - I mean seriously, the smoothness is next level. This treatment works incredibly well for softening hair. I don't usually spend a lot on hair treatments, but this one delivers the most immediate and noticeable softening results of anything I've tried. I'm giving it one star because of the packaging. I won't repurchase unless they redesign it. The cap comes off way too easily, and water keeps getting inside. The problem seems to be that the neck of the bottle where the cap sits is too short. The dispenser also gets dirty really easily. I'm honestly so frustrated with it that I'm just going to finish using what I have and move on to something else.

However, since my hair is naturally frizzy and damaged, I haven't experienced that issue at all! After shampooing, I apply the treatment mainly to the lower sections of my hair, then I put it up in a bun while I brush my teeth and wash my body. When I rinse it out, my hair feels incredibly soft and smooth! I use both cream and oil-based hair essences daily. On regular wash days, everything works great, but if I'm planning to go a day without washing, I'd recommend using either just the treatment or just the essence to avoid product buildup. The texture is a standard treatment consistency—not too thin and not too thick. I originally picked this up because of the free pouch promotion at the store, but I'm pleasantly surprised by how well it works. I'm definitely planning to repurchase once I finish this bottle! Since this is a treatment product, you need to be careful about body acne. Everything else about it is a downside, haha I had no idea it would turn out like this... since it's such a famous product... I originally bought it to get the Cinnamoroll pouch, but I was so excited to try it out that I started using it right away. I wet my hair with warm water and followed the routine: hair vinegar rinse, shampoo, squeeze out water, then applied it only to the ends of my hair. At first it was great, but as time went on, something felt off. The crown area started feeling... oily? Sticky? Rough? That's the best way I can describe it. I had switched my shampoo and conditioner around the same time I started using this treatment, so at first I thought those products were the problem and kept swapping them out. But the issue didn't go away, so I did some research and discovered this treatment was actually the culprit. This treatment created what's called a buildup layer on my hair... and I didn't even realize it, so I just kept changing my shampoo and rinse products instead. Anyway, now I'm going to have to spend more money trying to get rid of this buildup. The bottom line is, if you don't really know how to care for your hair properly, it's definitely worth getting professional help. My scalp type: Damaged hair, low moisture, fine texture, neutral Scent: This has a beautiful rose and powdery fragrance! While I'm not personally a rose scent fan, I really appreciate how subtle and delicate the lingering aroma is! Softness: The formula is lightweight, and it definitely leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft after application and rinsing! Combing through is smooth and effortless too. Lasting power: My hair stays soft even the next day! The fragrance holds up beautifully as well (I had grilled meat for dinner and the scent still came through, which shows how well it lingers). It's definitely calming and wonderful! Protein boost: My hair feels like it has that plump, bouncy elasticity restored! Formula texture: It has this perfect balm-like consistency—thick enough to feel nourishing but still spreadable! The best part is how easily it dispenses from the container, absorbs into the hair without sitting on top, and doesn't leave any greasy residue. Moisture concern: Rather than truly improving the inner structure of the hair, it feels more like it's just coating the surface, which was a bit disappointing. While it does make hair soft, I wished it did more for deep hydration. Container issue: When you squeeze the bottle to dispense the product, the cap eventually stops closing properly. This led to water getting inside, and I noticed water stains and even some mold forming around the opening, which was really frustrating.
