You get so much product for your money, which is fantastic. There's barely any scent, but what really impressed me is how it transforms dry, brittle hair after using a hair loss shampoo into something soft and smooth. The formula is perfect because it's somewhere between a rinse and a deep treatment, and with such a generous amount, you can use it daily just like a regular conditioner! If you have fine or thin hair, I'd definitely swap your regular rinse for this one. Your hair feels so much smoother and less tangled - it's a total game-changer! The scent is absolutely lovely, and I appreciate that there's a matching shampoo in the same line, so you can use them together as a set. For long hair, the value for money is really solid. You can immediately feel how incredibly soft this is. With such a generous amount, I'll definitely be using it generously without worrying about running out. The fragrance feels a bit artificial and it's off-putting, but it's not so bad that I can't use it.

I was torn between the intensive repair line and the damage care line, but I went with the damage care formula since it's supposed to be great for fine, delicate hair. When I use the Mise-en-Scene shampoo together with the essence pack, the softness is absolutely doubled—my hair feels like pure silk. I style my hair the same way I always do, but it looks so much more beautiful now. The price is really reasonable, and since it's a permanent product line, I'm completely satisfied. There's honestly nothing disappointing about it. I'm satisfied with every single aspect.
