I bought this because the reviews were amazing. I chose it specifically for the niacinamide, which is great for oil control and treating blemishes, and I have to say the texture feels wonderful. I'm also really happy with the glass bottle—it looks so elegant. But that's where the good news ends. The next day, my face broke out in a bunch of irritation, so I had to rush to see my dermatologist right away. I've been using this for about 3 days now, and since it's a treatment product, I'm only applying it in the evening. My skin is really sensitive and prone to breakouts, but this product is surprisingly gentle. I'm definitely planning to keep using it. There's nothing really disappointing about it, but if I had to pick something, I wish there was a version with 20% niacinamide. I heard that niacinamide is great for controlling oil, so I started looking for products. Since I read that it can be irritating, I wanted something with a gentler concentration. That's when I decided to try Maitone Ampoule as a sample. People usually say it's better for brightening, and while I haven't noticed a huge difference in that area yet, this product is absolutely amazing for refining skin texture. After just one night of use, I could feel my skin becoming smoother. My skin tends to be oily with larger pores and occasional small bumps, but after using this in the evening, those blemishes and bumps completely disappeared and my skin texture felt incredibly refined. I still get some oil buildup by evening, but it's noticeably less than before. Since the niacinamide concentration isn't too high, I experienced almost no irritation. If you're thinking about trying a niacinamide product, this would be an excellent choice as your first one. The only downside is that the amount of product feels a bit small for the price, which is a shame since I use it frequently. My routine is: cleanse in the evening, do one round with a treatment essence, use a toner to balance my skin texture, and then apply the ampoule right away. The formula is rich enough that I don't need to use a separate cream, and it provides enough hydration that I don't feel like I need additional moisture.

I have extremely dry skin, and it's been getting worse as I've gotten older. I was searching for an ampoule when I won one in a free event. I started applying it whenever my skin felt parched and also before bed. The results were amazing - my skin became so hydrated and dewy, and I'd wake up without any dryness or irritation. I've repurchased it two or three times now because I'm genuinely impressed. It's been a while since I finished my last bottle, but I'm thinking about it again and ready to buy more. The texture is rich and slightly tacky when applied, but the moisturizing performance is actually quite decent Even with just two pumps, it leaves your face feeling greasy and slick, so you really need to be careful with how much you use
