Gentle cleansing: Thanks to the centella asiatica extract, my skin feels calm and comfortable after washing with minimal irritation. It really seemed to help soothe redness too. Rich, creamy lather: Even with just a small amount, the foam is luxurious and soft, which means I can cleanse without tugging or friction on my skin. No tightness after cleansing: Unlike regular foam cleansers, my skin doesn't feel dry and tight after washing. Instead, it feels hydrated and supple, which I absolutely love. Subtle fragrance: It's not an overpowering artificial scent, so cleansing feels refreshing and stress-free. Heavy makeup requires extra effort: Light base makeup washes off easily, but waterproof products and heavy makeup need a double cleanse to remove completely. Product depletes quickly: While the rich lather is amazing, I do find myself using more product than expected, so the tube empties faster than I'd like. Oil control is just average: If you have oily skin, you might feel like it doesn't leave your skin feeling as refreshed and mattified as you'd hope. Double cleanse for evening: On days with heavy makeup, I do a first cleanse with a cleansing oil or micellar water, then finish with this centella foam cleanser, and it works perfectly. Perfect for morning cleansing: In the morning, this foam alone is enough to leave my skin feeling balanced and prepped, so my makeup applies beautifully. Use a cleansing net: Using a foam net instead of just your hands creates an even richer, more densely packed lather that really minimizes skin irritation. I decided to try it since so many people were using it. It has a pretty strong cleansing power. After using it, my skin felt dry and tight, so I stopped using it. While the product emphasizes salicylic acid, I didn't really feel like it was effectively exfoliating. To be honest, I'd rather use a mild alkaline cleanser instead, which actually does a better job of keeping my skin texture in check. Between the price and the extra shipping fees they charge separately, the value for money is really disappointing. Because of its slightly acidic formula, it leaves behind a slippery residue that doesn't feel clean. If you're looking for a thorough, squeaky-clean cleanse or planning to use this for exfoliation, I'd honestly suggest trying something else. And if you have oily skin, don't get caught up in all the hype about slightly acidic cleansers with salicylic acid or AHA in them. This gentle pH-balanced foam cleanser is fantastic because it contains centella asiatica extract. I'm really impressed with how well it cleanses despite being pH-balanced. There's nothing major to complain about. That said, like all gentle pH-balanced foam cleansers, if you wear makeup daily, you'll want to do separate exfoliation care using a more alkaline cleansing foam or exfoliating pads to manage dead skin cells. It works great as a second cleanse after using a cleansing milk.

I was really impressed because it's gentle on my skin, and after cleansing, my complexion feels so hydrated and soft. The only thing that bothered me is that the formula leaves my skin feeling slippery even after rinsing, so I have to rinse multiple times to feel like it's completely clean. I'm not usually a fan of this type of texture, but I'm sure I'll get used to it with time.
