I have combination skin. I really recommend this product, but I'm deducting a star because it leaks so much. I bought it because I saw so many ads for it, but honestly, I'm very satisfied with it—except for the overflow issue. I used to apply sunscreen every day and always finished with a cleansing oil followed by a foam cleanser. Now that I can skip a step, I'm really happy about it. Apparently, this cleanses away sunscreen completely without needing the oil first. The ads claim it reduces yellowing, but I can't really confirm that myself. That said, I have to admit the cleansing power is impressive. I can visibly see my blackheads becoming much cleaner, which is satisfying. I also find it amusing how the bubbles pop with a little sound. After using it, my face feels hydrated without any tightness, and it's not overly slippery—it just feels smooth. When I use it like a mask, it runs out surprisingly fast. Normally, I wouldn't mind products disappearing quickly, but this one depletes so rapidly that I feel a bit anxious and regretful about it. That's actually a sign I really love this product. I'll definitely repurchase once I finish, though I already bought so much at once that I feel secure about my supply. If you don't want to use it as a bubble mask, you can just dampen your face and use it like a regular foam cleanser. But honestly, that feels like such a waste—I always use it as a mask in the evening. Regarding hydration, my previous foam cleanser (Shen Lee Kelp Ampoule Foam Cleanser) was so good that this one seems relatively less hydrating. But I mean relatively—it's still genuinely good. When friends visited and tried it, they loved it so much they asked me for the link. I ended up promoting it without meaning to, and seeing how satisfied everyone was, I definitely recommend it. But honestly, it leaks so much that I can't take it on business trips. It leaks, and it leaks, and it really leaks—it overflows everywhere. Even if I want to bring it somewhere, I'm too worried about it, and even wrapping it carefully doesn't ease my anxiety. It leaks so much that they apparently redesigned the bottle, but it still leaks everywhere. So what was it like before? This is a major downside. That said, I've rationalized it by telling myself it's because of the carbonation, and I'm still using it. When using it as a mask, apply it to dry hands first—I've tried various methods, but that's the best way. Also, this product is sold commercially under the name Mami Care Aesabi Cleanser, and there are many counterfeits out there. Mamy Care Asabi Cleanser This cleanser has seriously the best cleansing power of any I've ever used. When I apply it to my face for about a minute, the lather builds up so much - it's honestly such a satisfying feeling. Plus, it's so gentle that even if I keep my eyes open while the foam is on, my eyes don't sting at all. After I rinse it off, my skin feels like it's tightening in real time, and honestly, even without applying toner or cream afterward, when I touch my skin it feels absolutely amazing. There are really so many great things about this product. The only slightly disappointing thing is that those little red particles sometimes don't rinse away completely and end up sticking to my baby hairs in the front. Also, after I squeeze the pump, the product collects at the end of the tube, and after sitting overnight, there's always a yellowish residue from the cleanser at the bottom of my sink. Other than that, I don't really see any major drawbacks. I've started placing a cloth underneath my sink to catch any drips from the cleanser, so I don't even have to do extra sink cleanup anymore.
