I don't use it every single day, maybe about 2 to 3 times a week, but if you have a lot of blemishes or got really sun-damaged over the summer, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try. Even though I have acne-prone skin, it doesn't irritate me at all and feels refreshing, hydrating, and just does everything right. Honestly, even with my breakouts, it doesn't make them worse or anything, so I'm really happy with it. People around me have even mentioned that my skin looks better now! If you want your skin to feel more hydrated and moisturized, I seriously recommend this. I can't think of any downsides, honestly. This one really calms my skin better than other products I've tried, and I can genuinely feel my complexion getting clearer. I picked it up at the pharmacy and I'm honestly obsessed with it! I have super sensitive skin and usually can't use just anything, but this mask felt great even after using it. I especially tried it on my husband and his skin looked so radiant and glowing! I'm really satisfied with it. If I had to nitpick, the mask sheet is a bit short around the forehead area and longer around the chin, so it extends down to the neck. But honestly, everyone's face shape is different, so this is just my personal preference. Just apply it to fit your face, relax for a bit, then remove it. It's disappointing because the hydration is genuinely excellent, but the irritation is a real drawback for me.
