My skin feels plumper and smoother too. I haven't really noticed it extending my makeup's wear time though, probably because my skin gets quite oily throughout the day. But overall, I'm happy with it—no breakouts, nicely moisturized, and it feels great. The price is a bit disappointing, I have to say. As for other drawbacks, I'm not really sure. The compact size is perfect for tossing into your bag, and the price point is really reasonable. The scent lingers quite a bit, so if you're not into milk tea fragrance, I'd skip this one. The brand says you can use it as a setting spray, but here's the thing—a setting spray should quickly coat and seal your makeup. This one does the complete opposite. It absorbs slowly into the skin instead of locking everything down, so it absolutely cannot work as a setting spray. I tested it over just sunscreen and the sunscreen literally washed away. You cannot use this as a setting spray. The official description claiming it has a setting spray effect is honestly ridiculous. They really need to remove the word "setting spray" from their marketing. Seriously, you cannot spray this over finished makeup. The mist itself is so basic that I wasn't going to write a review, but I had to speak up about this issue. And it's not hydrating enough to use alone as your only skincare step before makeup either. It's really just good as a substitute for toner or essence. Plus, and this is partly my own issue, but having to shake it every single time is such a hassle. Sometimes I forget to shake it and end up using it without shaking. Bottom line: If you want a gentle, hydrating mist that feels like a skin essence and you love sweet fragrances, go ahead and buy it.
