You know that saying about having a dewy interior with a soft, powdery finish on the outside? That's exactly what this cushion compact delivers. I have dry skin, so I usually can't even wear powder products, and I've always struggled with my hair sticking to my face because of how much moisture my skin needs. But with this cushion, the outer layer stays so beautifully soft and powder-like that nothing sticks to my face anymore—no dust, no hair. I honestly don't think I need a separate powder anymore. I feel like I've found my holy grail cushion. I'm definitely going with this for my spring and summer cushion from now on! There's not much to complain about, but if I had to pick something, it would be this: when you want to apply just a small amount, you need to remove some product from the puff before tapping it on your face. The thing is, the lid of this cushion is really smooth, so it's hard to dispense the product evenly. I think it would be easier to get a more uniform amount if the lid had some texture or small ridges on it, like some other cushions do. That would make layering the coverage much more convenient. Here's my tip: don't just tap the cushion directly onto your face and apply it right away. Instead, remove quite a bit of product onto the puff—more than you might think you need. Then, spread the foundation evenly across the puff so it's not all clumped in one spot. After that, gently press it onto your face in thin layers. Since this cushion has medium coverage, if you don't have many blemishes or imperfections, you'll get great coverage with just one layer. I picked this up after seeing it recommended by a YouTuber, and I'm really happy with it! I have dry skin and use shade 19-21 for this cushion. The ivory tone has absolutely no yellow undertones, so I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who dislikes that peachy-yellow cast. The coverage is medium—it won't give you full coverage, and you can see that spots don't completely disappear in photos. The adhesion is decent, but it does lift a bit during winter months. Since this isn't a dewy cushion formula, that's just something you have to accept. The lifting is really bad during winter, and the coverage isn't as full as I'd hoped! During winter, I deal with the lifting by misting an essence or facial mist onto the cushion and gently pressing it onto my skin for better wear.

This product really depends on your skin's condition on any given day. Sometimes it emphasizes pores and texture, makes skin look uneven, causes oiliness, and leaves skin feeling lifted in the worst way. Other times it actually smooths out pores completely. I have combination skin with visible pores and texture, so I've tried applying it with a dabbing motion and also with a rubbing motion, but it's tricky to get right. I grabbed this during the launch event at an amazing price - picked up the refill for just over 20,000 won. After about six uses, I noticed a huge difference as someone with dry skin, especially once the weather warmed up! It did feel a bit heavy through May, but once June hit and things got humid and sweaty, it stopped feeling thick and started feeling great. The base doesn't budge or run even when I'm sweating, there's barely any darkening, and I don't feel that uncomfortable tight feeling underneath. The overall experience is honestly impressive - this cushion really surprised me in the best way. The coverage is solid too. What really gets me is the shade though - it matches my skin tone so perfectly that my complexion looks naturally radiant, and I find myself taking way more selfies because of it. I wanted to leave a review since there aren't many out there. It's not the easiest to control, to be honest. Rather than applying it generously like a glow cushion, you'll want to be more careful with how much you use and apply it in thin layers. If you have dry skin, watch out for flaking around your nose area - you might need to prep your skin first before applying. I also found it felt a bit heavy through May, but once the weather got hot and humid, it became perfect. I'd say it's better than a 4 out of 5, probably closer to a 4.5.
