I absolutely cannot recommend this product, and I wouldn't use it again even if you paid me to. Ugh, honestly... I used it once and now I can't even get a refund. The smell is absolutely revolting, and my hair has never felt this stiff in ages. I'm always trying new hair products, so after finishing my last treatment, I decided to try this brand and bought both their treatment and hair essence together. I really want a refund. The smell is so off-putting and it makes my hair feel greasy. I only applied the tiniest amount of essence to my hair ends, but it's just terrible, and the smell is like some artificial, rotten honey scent or something? It's absolutely disgusting. I can't even wash my hair right away because I'm worried it'll damage my scalp. I'm just holding back because of that one concern. It's really that bad. Functionally it's awful, and the smell is so nauseating I could throw up. I was genuinely excited waiting for this to arrive, and the moment it was delivered I tried it right away, but I'm so disappointed. I feel absolutely terrible about this. I can't throw it away, I've already used it once so there's nothing I can do, and it's just the worst experience.

It's such an effective hair mask that I keep coming back to it. The scent is Naraka's signature sweet pear fragrance, which I adore. The longer you leave it on, the more noticeable the results become—it really delivers. This is a treatment I use regularly without any major complaints.

There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. It's straightforward and reliable, so it works just fine. As you probably know, apply the treatment and let it absorb for 2-3 minutes while you do other things.

Haha. 1. I'm a loyal fan of the Naraka brand, so when they offered a 30ml mini size as a gift with their new product launch event, I jumped at the chance to buy it without really looking into the ingredients. I've tried almost 10 products from this brand and still use them regularly. Every single time, I've never experienced any irritation, and I'm always amazed by how well these products perform. 2. But after using this product for about 2 weeks, I have to say it feels like I've been let down by something I really trusted. 3. First, the claim that "hair care that normally takes 10+ minutes only needs 1 minute" just isn't true for me. Whether I leave it on for 1 minute or apply it and wait 10 minutes before rinsing, it doesn't matter. My hair is naturally very thick and dense, with a sturdy texture, but it's also incredibly dry and prone to frizz. I need to use protein-based shampoos and balance moisture and oil carefully, like I'm doing a skincare routine, because my hair is that particular. After rinsing with this product, my hair feels like those Barbie doll strands I used to play with as a kid! Haha. The conditioning effect is so weak that my hair looks dull and straw-like. No matter how much I follow up with expensive hair oils or salon-quality treatments, that dull, frizzy appearance just won't go away. 4. Using a different conditioner gives me much better results. I've reviewed the Naraka Confidence Deep Treatment Hair Pack before, and it's become my holy grail product—I've repurchased it several times. But since it comes in a jar, it's pretty inconvenient to use. I was hoping the new tube formula would make my life easier, but unfortunately, it doesn't work at all for my hair. 5. The only real advantage is that it comes in a tube. Don't think of it as a treatment—just consider it a richer rinse with Naraka's signature citrus-honey scent, which is actually quite lovely. Maybe then you'd be satisfied with it. 6. And the saddest part—the main reason I'm writing this review—is that because of the sea buckthorn oil in it, I've been getting persistent breakouts on my scalp. It's unfortunate, but I'll have to limit using the rest of the product only on my hair ends. 1. This treatment doesn't deliver the results that all the hype suggests. 2. The sea buckthorn oil is causing breakouts on my scalp.
