After cleansing, my skin used to feel tight and dry, but this product leaves it feeling hydrated and absorbs beautifully. I'm really satisfied with how well it works. The only downside is that the effects don't last as long as I'd like. I think pairing it with a good moisturizing emulsion would solve that problem. If you walk past the store regularly, you'll catch them running sales from time to time. The scent is subtle and pleasant, and I really appreciate the generous size that makes it so convenient to use. Though I did notice the packaging looks a bit different from the version I purchased in Japan years ago. It really flows everywhere - honestly, it's basically just a watery formula. When I dispense it, it splatters and runs out, so I feel like I'm only actually using about half of what comes out. It's so easy to use. The bottle size is generous and the price is really affordable I used this product and ended up with breakouts, which was disappointing. I bought the 1-liter size from Japan, but I've only used about 300ml of it. Now I'm stuck wondering what to do with the remaining 700ml

Love it! Gentle formula, generous amount, and such a great price I think it's because of the alcohol content - when I use it as a sheet mask, my face feels hot and stings I love it

Please stop spreading rumors about counterfeit products. If you took just a moment to do some research, you'd see the truth, but instead some people tear down other brands without even trying. And honestly, they won't take responsibility if their false claims end up hurting the company. The amount is generous, it's gentle, and it works beautifully for me. While it didn't dramatically improve my skin concerns, it didn't cause any irritation either and proved to be a perfect match for my skin. The brand could use a more distinctive design. It's frustrating as a consumer to hear your own skincare product being called counterfeit or a knockoff. Those kinds of baseless accusations are really upsetting. Use it generously as a mask. I used to buy the Hatomugi skin conditioner from Olive Young, but it sometimes irritated my eyes. When I was searching for alternatives, I found another Hatomugi product and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did because this one is even better! The formula is much gentler than the original version. The only downside I'd mention is that it might feel a bit too drying for people with dry skin. Here's how I use it: after cleansing, I soak a cotton pad generously with this product and gently wipe my face. It removes all the impurities and buildup so effectively! I love how clean and refreshed my skin feels afterward. Then I pour a little into a spray bottle and mist it on my face throughout the day for that extra boost of hydration and comfort.
