This is perfect for cooling relief whenever you need it. It absorbs beautifully without any sticky residue, which is amazing because I usually hate sheet masks that feel tacky. I love that I can use this straight from my drawer without refrigerating it and it still feels incredibly refreshing. The scent is gentle and non-irritating, which I really appreciate. Plus, the sheet itself is high quality and feels luxurious on the skin. I was really happy with the larger size before the reformulation, so I'm a bit disappointed that they made it smaller.

I'm using the soothing mask, the cool moisturizer, and another brand's mask almost every other day. This product is genuinely fantastic. The amount of product is generous, so I can use the leftover essence on my body too. My skin is prone to breakouts, has enlarged pores, and gets irritated easily, but after doing the mask for 3 days straight, I noticed a real calming effect. The hydration is excellent as well. It doesn't feel greasy, and when it dries, there's barely any tightness. I always stock up whenever there's a sale, and it's worth every penny. The main drawbacks are that it's not easy to find in regular stores since you have to purchase it from their website, and the price point is a bit high for a mask treatment. Before applying the mask, I prep my skin with a toner, then apply an essence, and follow with this treatment. After I'm done, I apply the leftover essence to my face and body. I usually do this routine before bed after finishing my day.

The product comes with plenty of ampoules, and best of all, this soothing calming line has zero stickiness. With other sheet masks, I usually apply the leftover ampoule on my neck, arms, and legs, but when products feel tacky, it's so uncomfortable and I just want to wash it off right away. With this one, I don't get that urge at all. The sheet size is generous and feels incredibly gentle without any irritation, which I love. After using another brand's ampoule, I got those pesky small breakouts around my nose and under my eyes. But after using this soothing calming product for just two nights, those breakouts completely disappeared. I use it with my mom who has extremely dry skin, and she says the next day her skin feels so hydrated and plump. She's really happy with it too. After about 15 minutes of use, the essence doesn't absorb well, and when you apply just the cream, you might feel a bit of tightness. Make sure to let the essence and ampoule fully absorb into your skin.

I have oily and sensitive skin just like many people, and I love that I can use this without worrying about my skin getting irritated or breaking out. What really impressed me is that no matter what I apply, it usually doesn't absorb well and my skin gets super oily, but this product absorbs beautifully without clogging my pores! And here's the best part - the thing I care about most - a mask pack with absolutely no sticky residue! I genuinely recommend this product. It's such a shame that people don't realize how great this brand's products actually are. After cleansing, use the toner pads to smooth out your skin texture, then apply the mask pack and leave it on for 20 minutes before removing it. The mask pack itself is packed with essence, so it stays moist the entire time and won't dry out. After you remove the mask pack, discard it and gently pat the remaining essence on your face to help it absorb fully. Wait about 5 minutes to let your skin drink in the essence, then you can layer on the protein watery essence or soothing calming cream for extra care. This mask works wonderfully for calming irritated skin after breakouts or blemish extractions. I have incredibly sensitive skin, and I've had zero issues with irritation or itching since using this product. The mask itself feels refreshing and has zero stickiness, so it's completely comfortable to wear. The mask sheet is quite large, so you'll need to trim it with scissors, which is a bit inconvenient. That said, I'm holding out until the reformulated version launches, as I've heard it's coming soon. For even better results, apply an essence to your face first before applying the mask sheet.
