It's more like a serum packaged in a toner bottle. The texture is wonderfully gel-like and watery. It looks absolutely stunning. It's packed with antioxidants. There's nothing bad about it. It's awesome. Best used in the morning under your sunscreen.

I soaked a cotton pad with the toner and did a 15-minute mask treatment on just that area, and it turned noticeably brighter. I was so skeptical because this brand got so hyped up everywhere that I thought it was just marketing hype, so I never bought it. Now I'm kicking myself for not grabbing one sooner to try it out. I seriously regret waiting this long. Skip the exfoliating toner and go straight for the mask treatment instead.
