It applies beautifully like a skincare product, and I didn't experience any tightness or dryness. My skin gets so flushed in this heat, but this product works wonders. Whether I use it alone or layer it under makeup, it really does an amazing job of toning down that redness! I naturally have quite a bit of redness and flushing on my face, but I don't have many blemishes, so I tend to skip heavy makeup. I just need something that neutralizes the redness a little and brightens my complexion by about half a shade, and this nude shade does exactly that! The application is smooth and hydrating, which gives my skin a really dewy, moisturized finish. It's absolutely perfect for lightweight makeup during the summer months. Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. Woman, skin type 17-19 (dry): This foundation applies so smoothly and the coverage is absolutely amazing! It feels like a skincare product! The moment I put it on, I noticed a real brightening effect, and I loved how natural it looked! Plus, the mint tone really helps neutralize redness. And the best part is it doesn't feel heavy or thick at all! I was disappointed that it doesn't have sun protection. Having to apply sunscreen separately on top makes the routine feel like too much work. If you use a spatula to apply it thinly and then gently tap it in with a sponge, it blends in beautifully and looks flawless!

The Care Tone-Up 03 Mint has an emulsion-like spreadability, and the finish is so fresh that it truly delivers that matte yet moisturized skin look! It contains panthenol and alpha-bisabolol which helps suppress melanin, and I absolutely love how it provides natural brightening with excellent adherence. Beyond the comfortable application, the soothing finish feels wonderful on my skin. I was a bit disappointed that the mint shade doesn't have SPF protection.

It does a great job of neutralizing redness and evening out your skin tone. 1. It shifts and moves around. Once I apply and set it, any touch-ups or adjustments cause it to slide off my face. It gets even worse when I mix it with other products. 2. Some shades in this line have SPF, but this one doesn't have any sun protection, which is disappointing. 3. The coverage is basically non-existent. It's really only suitable for light coverage days when you just want basic color correction and a little evening out of your complexion. I use shade 23 and have a deep, cool-toned complexion with high levels of both yellow and red undertones when my skin is analyzed. My inner arm is slightly lighter than my face, with less yellow and red undertones. Excellent formula - This product feels so hydrating and I'm really impressed. I can even skip some steps in my skincare routine during summer, and my skin doesn't dry out quickly at all. I'm very satisfied with how it performs. Great redness coverage - The way it covers redness is better than I expected. Sure, it's not as strong as a concealer, but the difference is noticeable. Since I have redness across my whole face, I can really see the improvement when I use it versus when I don't. Definite brightening effect - I'm around shade 21-22, and the brightening is definitely there. When I apply it, my complexion looks noticeably lighter. With the green base, it gives a clean, refined brightness rather than a glowy look. If you're lighter than shade 23, this might be too bright for you. No SPF protection - Shades 1 and 2 have sun protection, but this one doesn't. It's disappointing that I have to apply a separate sunscreen on top. Container design - It closes okay, but every time I shut it, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. The lid makes the whole thing feel bulkier too. I have combination skin with a tendency toward dehydration underneath, and my complexion is quite reactive. If I don't apply my skincare products carefully, my skin gets irritated, and it's easily affected by seasonal changes and weather shifts. I'd say my skin is super sensitive! This product is absolutely amazing! The application is fantastic. The formula is silky smooth like an emulsion, so it glides on gently without any irritation, and because it's so hydrating, even when I apply it quickly with my hands, it doesn't sit on top of my skin—it blends beautifully! I originally bought this to cover redness, and it does such a great job neutralizing that red tone that my base makeup applies evenly without any patchy spots! What I loved most was that my face didn't feel dry as time went on. I've used so many products that feel hydrating when you first apply them but then leave you feeling parched underneath after a while. This one doesn't have that problem at all! Despite how moisturizing it feels, it's actually quite lightweight with minimal oil content. Because there's no oiliness, I think people with oily skin could use this comfortably too! The brightening effect isn't the kind where your face looks ghostly or overly highlighted. Instead, it naturally lifts your skin tone by a shade, making it a perfect everyday product that you can apply without any hesitation! I'm using this brightening cream daily and I'm so happy to have finally found one I genuinely love. This is definitely a repurchase for me! The mint shade doesn't have SPF protection. If you're looking for a product that combines brightening with sun protection, this might be disappointing. The packaging is quite large and a bit heavy. It takes up more space than expected and has noticeable weight to it. If you feel that inner dryness when doing your base makeup, applying this product first will completely solve that problem. Overall I'm happy with it, but the product is quite large, which makes it a bit tricky to store. You can apply it all over your face, but it works especially well on areas with redness—just skip the bluish under-eye circles.
