I like to use it as a final step to seal in the hydration from my serums and emulsions, gently patting it on to lock everything in. When my skin feels irritated and looks red, I apply a generous amount before bed, and I notice it feels noticeably calmer the next morning. If you have oily skin, this might be too heavy and could make things worse. But for dry skin? I absolutely recommend it!
