My friend sent this to me as a birthday gift through messenger, and I decided to try it. Since it's a gummy supplement, it's actually more fun to take than regular pills. To be honest, I'm not really a gummy person, so I find regular pills easier to take. That said, the formula isn't significantly better than other products out there, so once I finish this one, I'll probably switch to something else. There are plenty of vitamin B products available, so if you're not set on gummies, you don't necessarily need this specific brand. There are other good options to choose from.
