The berry flavor is delicious, and they look kind of like little red blood cells. The texture is really satisfying, and the bite-sized shape makes them so easy to grab throughout the day. Plus, they deliver the full daily recommended amount, which is perfect! The only downside is that toward the end of the bottle, they started sticking together a bit. That was disappointing!

I love that it's a nutritional supplement that tastes amazing while being good for you. Taking three daily is perfect because eating them on an empty stomach actually helps curb a bit of hunger, which is a nice bonus. The gummies have such a soft texture that I think even older family members would find them easy to enjoy! There's honestly nothing to complain about, and I'm definitely going to keep taking these lutein gummies regularly!
