The color payoff is excellent and the staying power is impressive, but what really gets me is how absolutely gorgeous the shade is. The downside is that it does transfer a bit, though to be fair, most lipsticks have this issue.

It looks matte on the surface, but applies incredibly smoothly without emphasizing dry patches or texture. It stays comfortable throughout the day without drying out, and the color payoff is excellent with great staying power. The shade is absolutely gorgeous. The formula feels more creamy and nourishing compared to Dior Velvet Lipstick. I don't have any complaints. I'll definitely remember that Peripera makes great lipsticks. The moment I opened the cap, I got this amazing chocolate scent that just made me smile. Honestly, I've never been impressed by sweet-smelling lip products before, but this one is so good that I find myself just opening it up to take a whiff. The color is absolutely gorgeous too. I'm guessing I have a cool winter undertone, and this shade is surprisingly flattering on me. I've never really tried red-leaning colors before, but this one has such a natural, beautiful red tone that it looks so pretty. There's a hint of pink in there too, which I love. What really surprised me most is that I absolutely hate how traditional lipsticks wear and how they settle into fine lines, so I've been avoiding them completely. But this product doesn't have any of those annoying issues at all. I was only looking for tint formulas, but this product is a total game-changer. Plus, it barely transfers onto my mask, and the staying power and wear time are seriously impressive. I'm recommending this to everyone. I really wish there was more... I mean, there's just nothing else I can ask for except if you could release more shades in cool winter tones.

I originally thought I had a warm undertone and bought this lipstick without realizing I actually have a cool undertone! I was worried it wouldn't suit me, but I discovered that if I apply it with a lighter hand, it looks amazing on cool undertones too! The color payoff is fantastic, and because it has a matte finish, it really lasts. It doesn't stain too badly either—while it does fade a bit after eating, the color doesn't completely disappear. I think warm undertone lovers would absolutely adore using this as an accent lip! And honestly, even if someone with a warm undertone wore it as a full lip color, it would look gorgeous. What I love most is that it doesn't look like one of those super obvious warm-versus-cool-toned shades, so you can wear it confidently no matter your undertone! It does apply smoothly, but I still notice it settling slightly into fine lines. I really think the best way to buy lipstick is to test it out in person first. Blogs and review photos always look so pretty with filters, but the actual color payoff isn't nearly as vibrant. I was honestly a bit shocked when it looked so different from the photos. I have a deep undertone in shade 21, and when I tested it in-store, it looked so fresh and gorgeous. I thought I'd check out some reviews, but then I saw people saying it was for cool tones, which totally threw me off. But here's the thing—this is actually a really versatile shade that works beautifully with warm tones too. (I even felt it complemented warm undertones better than the Espoir Vivid Berry I tested alongside it.) When I first looked at the tube, I thought it was an MLBB red, but when I swatched it on my hand, it turned out to be this fresh, gorgeous blend of red and pink in about a 7:3 ratio. That makes it super wearable even for people who don't usually go for true reds—it's that perfect no-fuss shade that's easy to find if you're looking for something like this. And when you apply it, it's just so radiant and beautiful. The photo above shows Espoir Vivid Berry, and below is Silhouette. I'm a bit disappointed with the ingredient list, and while the staying power seems decent enough, when I apply it, the color reads more red than I'd like. The way this applies is absolutely incredible! And the color is such a gorgeous cool-toned red. It's absolutely perfect for anyone with cool undertones. Honestly, I can't think of a single downside. I really mean it - even when I try to find something to complain about, there's just nothing! If you have warm undertones and want to wear this, pairing it with a warm-toned base and mastering the application technique creates pure magic.
