The neon pink shade is absolutely gorgeous. True to its name, it applies like a feather—so lightweight and sheer—and it has this beautiful watercolor effect that makes it perfect for gradient lips. Since I have a cool undertone, the color pops instantly when I apply it and really brightens up my whole face. The price is super affordable too, and even though it's a matte formula, it spreads so smoothly that it's easy to layer and create an ombré effect. The pigment is really strong, so the color lasts a long time throughout the day. If you have cool undertones, I definitely think you should give this a try! The blue undertones make it absolutely perfect for cool-toned skin, but if you have warm undertones, the color might look a bit disconnected from your natural lip tone. While it applies smoothly and feels soft, the longer you wear it, the more it tends to emphasize dry patches and texture on your lips. It does transfer a bit and can separate slightly as the day goes on. For the best application, apply a lip balm first or gently exfoliate before using the tint. This is honestly a beauty essential that I can't live without. I actually stockpiled five of these a few years ago when I heard they were being discontinued—that's how much I love this product! When I apply it, that gorgeous, luminous tone just makes my lips look so fresh and alive, and my whole face brightens up instantly. It's moisturizing without being sticky, making it perfect for everyday wear. I wouldn't really call it a drawback, but I was genuinely devastated when I heard it was being discontinued. I'm so relieved it's back now, but while I was working through my stockpile, I was constantly worried about running out! The staying power is decent, but it does transfer a bit when I'm wearing a mask. That said, the shade is so beautiful that I don't mind making that compromise and keep using it anyway. I like to use it as a lip base with a light tap, then layer a gloss or clear balm on top for that gorgeous glass-like shine. This bold, highly saturated shade is perfect if you have cool undertones and love vibrant colors. I'd definitely recommend it for cool-toned beauties out there! If you have a cool undertone but want that radiant, luminous glow, you absolutely have to grab this one! Since the formula leans more toward a matte finish, if you're really after that glossy, dewy look, I'd suggest checking out a different product instead. Pro tip: apply it with a lip balm to keep any dry patches from showing through and keep everything looking smooth!

The color is absolutely gorgeous, and I really love the texture. Those are honestly the main things that stand out to me. The staying power is pretty disappointing. I kept searching for a tint with staying power because mine would fade away so quickly whenever I'd have a drink or eat. That's when I decided to try Peripera Ink the Airy Velvet, and I'm really happy with my choice. The color payoff is just as impressive as everyone says it is, and I'm very satisfied with how it performs. As you can see from the photos, I really think the color payoff is absolutely top-notch. Even after eating, it stays put way better than I expected. For cool undertones, this is just too much to pull off! The color is so vibrant and bold that it's almost overwhelming. Pera Pera delivers on both color payoff and staying power - I'm really impressed! If you have a cool undertone, this is definitely going to be your shade. The only downside is that while it lasts so long, it also leaves quite a bit of color residue behind, which is a shame.

The color is a vibrant pink that looks amazing on cool undertones, and it adheres beautifully to the lips. The applicator tip works great for creating clean lines if you control the amount well, making it perfect even for beginners. There is some color payoff, which is nice. Since it has a velvet formula, it doesn't have that glossy finish. Also, after eating, there's a bit of uneven wear in the center, though it does fade fairly evenly overall. Shade 20 is perfect for cool undertones!
